New Print Directory
Dear Hope Family and Friends,
Once a year we print a church directory for those who prefer a hard copy. It has encouraged me over the last few years to see these propped up in kitchens, laying in back seats of cars, and resting on desks in your homes. By the end of the year, they are often looking well used and I’ve heard from many of you how helpful it has been to be able to match faces with names or use them to double check Christmas card mailing lists. We are at the time of year when we need to update our info in anticipation of printing them again.
If you opted in to have your info printed last year and you don’t need to change your contact info or photo, you don’t need to do anything to be included again. The exception to this would be if you want to restrict the info we print, I’ll need you to help me make sure this is done by re-registering. If you would like to change your selections or update your info, please register again.
It is really helpful to me if you either update your own profile photo or send me individual shots so I don’t have to crop you out of a group photo myself. They also need to be a high resolution photo where I can get close in on the face. We only print a small circle for each individual so we like to zoom in so you are distinguishable. Make sure your face is clearly visible, without tinted glasses or a hat. Snapshots and selfies are fine! Please consider including a photo of yourself even if you don’t love sharing them. It is such a gift to all of us to be able to connect you with your name.
We will provide these as soon as possible to all members or long-term attenders who have opted in.
